NPC’s procurement team, along with the technical team from the Secretary of State of Equality, attended the technical proposal opening for the project of the Re-Design the Detailed Engineering Design (DED) for the new office building of the Secretary of State of Equality (SEI) (with the reference number RFP/082/SEI-2024) which was held at NPC’s meeting room. The technical proposal opening happens right after deadline for the proposals’ submission. Sra. Justina Ferrão led the proposal opening process, as NPC’s Procurement Officer.

The Secretary of State of Equality is the project owner and the procurement procedure will be based on the legal regime for procurement, public contracts and its infractions, approved by the Decree –Law n. º22/2022, 11 th May.
