NPC’s Executive Director – Mr. Hermingardo Albano Soares –was one of the speakers at the 2024 Commonwealth Procurement and Contract Management Conference and Awards for Excellence, organized by the Department of Finance of the Australian Government. The event took place in Canberra and it was attended by several international procurement experts, including the NPC’s Executive Director whose presentation was under the theme "A pacific nation’s perspective: Timor-Leste".
