NPC’s Executive Director – Mr. Hermingardo Albano Soares – and one of our junior procurement officers – Ms. Graciete Ximenes - – took part in the above-mentioned event, promoted by the Anti-Corruption Commission, where participants from several institutions presented and debated on ways to prevent corruption under the applicable articles of the current law in Timor-Leste. The event took place in The Diplomatic Studies Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.
