NPC’s Executive Director, Mr. Hermingardo Albano Soares, along with the technical team from the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fishery and Forests attended the price bid opening for he project of Construction of Watuwa/Modobuti Irrigation Scheme, in Baucau municipality, (with the reference number TENDER/027/MAPPF-2024) which was held at NPC’s meeting room. The price bid opening is a phase, during the procurement process, that comes after the technical bid evaluation. To get to this phase, bidders must have got a minimum score at the technical bid evaluation, as per the bidding documents. Sra. Lucrécia Soares led the price bid opening process, as NPC’s National Procurement Officer.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fishery and Forests is the project owner and the procurement procedure will be based on the legal regime for procurement, public contracts and its infractions, approved by the Decree –Law n. º22/2022, 11 th May.
