On the 30 th of October, NPC’s Executive Director, Mr. Hermingardo Albano Soares, and its Deputy Director, Mr. Nelson dos Santos Gusmão, have made a small introduction for NPC’s mini retreat under the theme Harmonization of procurement procedures. During the day, NPC’s legal adviser presented on flowcharts for each type of procedure – according to the current law – as well as templates for official documents to be issued by NPC. Throughout the presentations, NPC’s team intervened to discuss practical issues of applicability. The event took place in NPC’s meeting room and its main goal was to harmonize practices and documents regarding procurement procedures among all NPC’s procurement department staff.
