NPC’s Executive Director – Mr. Hermingardo Albano Soares – along with other Executive Directors of supervised agencies joined H.E. the Minister of Planning and Strategic Investment, Mr. Gastão Francisco de Sousa, during the public hearing on the appraisal of the Draft Law on the State Budget for 2025. The even took place in the Plenary Room of the National Parliament where H. E. the Minister presented data on ongoing infrastructure projects and their respective expenditure which must be part of the 2025 State Budget.
