On the 4 th of July, NPC’s Executive Director, Mr. Hermingardo Albano Soares, and its Deputy Director, Mr. Nelson dos Santos Gusmão, officially opened the first of three days of retreat NPC’s team with the theme "Human Resources Capacity Building as an essential factor for procurement in Timor-Leste" During the day, some international advisers presented on professional ethics, new Procurement Law draft and standard bidding documents. The discussion on these topics was extended to all NPC’s employees followed by some team-building activities organized by the retreat facilitators.
