Good and Services Coordinator for CNA, Mrs. Maria Jose Pinto facilitated the Pre-Bid Meeting for Construction of Maukola-Lomea Irrigation Scheme Covalima Municipality construction of Maukola - Lomea Irrigation Scheme Covalima Municipality Project with the reference No. TENDER/030/MAPPF-2025, in NPC meeting room Balide, Dili. This meeting had a great participation from the companies interested to bid. The meeting was also attended by NPC’s International Advisor, Mr. Abdul Basit, along with technical representative from the technical team from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock and Forestry (Project Owner), who addressed all the technical questions from the companies.
