CNA’s technical team and the SAMES representatives took part in the technical bid opening for the Construction Supervision of New Construction of SAMES Warehouse for Medical Equipment, Nutrition, Bulk Storage, Quality Assurance Laboratory and Fire Fighting, with reference number: TENDER- RFP/004/SAMES-2025. The technical bid opening took place at CNA’s meeting room in Balide – Díli, and it was conducted by Mr. Boaventura Pereira as National Procurement Officer. From the publication of the invitation for bids until the deadline set for bids’ submission - on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 10.00 Am - CNA received six (6) bids for the above-mentioned project. In this event, the majority of bidders come from Indonesia (3) JV, Srilanka (1) JV, Malaysia (1) JV and UAE (1) JV. In accordance with procedural rules, the representatives of each bidder, as well as the project owner’s can participate in the public bid opening session in order to assure the transparency of the public tender process. At the end, all parties signed the minutes of technical bid opening – namely CNA, SAMES.IP as the project owner and the representatives of each company, who received a copy of the document.
