NPC’s Executive Director, Mr. Hermingardo Soares, along with the technical team from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock and Forestry, attended the price bid opening for the project of CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF THE WATUWA / MODOBUTI IRRIGATION SCHEME (with the reference number RFP/028/MAPPF-2024) which was held at NPC’s meeting room. The price bid opening is a phase, during the procurement process, that comes after the technical bid evaluation. To get to this phase, bidders must have got a minimum score at the technical bid evaluation, as per the bidding documents. Sra. Lucresia Fatima led the price bid opening process, as NPC’s National Procurement Officer.
