International advisers for the National Procurement Commission, along with the technical team from the National Work Force Development Institute (INDMO.IP), took part in the process of bid submission for the project of New Construction of New Building Office of the National Work Force Development Institute (INDMO.IP) at Tibar, Liquiça Municipality with the reference number TENDER/136/INDMO.IP- 2024. The event was held at NPC’s Meeting Room and 8 companies have submitted their bids for the subject tender. The process of bid opening was led by Mr. Valdo Sope, as NPC’s National Procurement Officer. INDMO is the project owner and the procedure will be based on the Legal Regime for Procurement, Public contracts and its infractions, approved by the Decree –Law n º22/2022, 11 th May.
