NPC’s Executive-Director, Mr. Hermingardo Albano Soares, along with Mr. Nelson dos Santos Gusmão (Deputy Director) attended the Infrastructure Fund Administration Counsil (CAFI) weekly meeting, chaired by H.E. Minister Gastão Francisco de Sousa –as President of CAFI – at the Ministry of Finance building. This meeting was attended by a number of ministries and institutions, including MPW, MOF, MTC, ADN, MPS and NPC who have presented certain projects regarding what they intend to implement. NPC’s Executive Director has presented recommendations - in terms of procurement procedures - on several projects addressed at the meeting.
