The technical team from the National Procurement Comission (NPC), led by Ms. Justina Ferrão (NPO),conducted the bid opening for the CONSTRUCTION FOR THE IRABERE IRRIGATION  SCHEME  with the Reference No. (TENDER/026/MAPPF-2024) at NPC’s Meeting room. Ten (10) companies submitted their proposals for this project. The Technical Bid Opening was attended by the Project Owner, MAPPF, represented by Mr. Jacinto Gama, National Director of MAPPF and Mr. Nelson dos Santos, Deputy Director of NPC.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock and Forestry is the project owner and the procedure will be based on the legal regime for Procurement, Public contracts and its infractions, approved by the Decree-Law n. ̊22/2022 11 ͭ ͪ of May.
