Technician team from National Procurement Comission (NPC) Ms. Graciete Ximenes (JPO) was led the bid opening for project Construction Supervision Irabere Irrigation Scheme with the Reference No. (RFP/029/MAPPF-2024) at NPC’s Meeting room. Eighteen (18) consultants submitted their proposals documents for this project. The Technical Proposal Opening was attended by Project Owner MAPPF, Mr. Jacinto Gama, National Directorof MAPPFand Mrs. Leang Hoang, the International Advisor of NPC.

The Minitry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Foresty is the project owner and the procedure will be based on the legal regime for Procurement, Public contracts and its infractions, approved by the Decree-Law n. ̊22/2022 11 ͭ ͪde Maio
