A technical team from the National Procurement Commission took part in the bid submission and technical opening for the Urban Land Use of Gleno city project for Ermera Municipality
with the reference number RFP/045/MPIE-2024.  The event was held at NPC"s meeting room and was attended by Ms. Leang Hoang, NPC"s International Adviser, as well as Ms. Graça N Lopes,
National Director of Urban Planning (DNPU), and Mr. Veronio S. R. Ximenes, head of department at DNPU and also Mrs.
Chieko Matsubara, DNPU International Adviser for the Ministry of Planning and Strategic Investment. MPSI is the project owner
for the above mentioned project and representatives from 9 companies attended the bid submission while Ms. Odelia Hau was responsible for providing clarifications
on the proposals"submission and opening as NPC"s Junior Procurement Officer.  The procedure will be based on the Legal Regime for Procurement,
Public Contracts and its infractions, approved by the Decree –Law n.º22/2022, May 11th.
