NPC’s Deputy Director, Mr. Nelson dos Santos Gusmão, along with the technical team from the Ministry of Public Works, attended the price bid opening for the project of New Construction of Liurai Bridge, Aileu (with the reference number TENDER/014/MOP-2024) which was held at NPC’s meeting room. The price bid opening is a phase, during the procurement process, that comes after the technical bid evaluation. To get to this phase, bidders must have got a minimum score at the technical bid evaluation, as per the bidding documents. Sra. Nayara Fernandes led the price bidopening process, as NPC’s Junior Procurement Officer.

The Ministry of Public Works is the project owner and the procurement procedure will be based on the legal regime for procurement, public contracts and its infractions, approved by the
Decree –Law n. º22/2022, 11 th May.
