NPC’s Deputy Director, Mr. Nelson dos Santos, along with the technical team from the Ministry of Transports and Communications, attended the price bid opening for the project of Supply of Global Internet Bandwidth 1GBPS (with the reference number TENDER/007/MTC-2024) which was held atNPC’s meeting room.
The price bid opening is a phase, during the procurement process, that comes after the technical bid evaluation. To get to this phase, bidders must have got a minimum score at the technical bid evaluation, as per the bidding documents. Sra. Maria Ambrosia led the price bid opening process, as NPC’s National Procurement Officer.    

The Ministry Transports and Communications is the project owner and the procurement procedure will be based on the legal regime for procurement, public contracts and its infractions, approved by the Decree –Law n. º22/2022, 11^th May.
